thankyou very much this was so helpfull ,i have to clean up a moving puppet with five strings and a complext back ground for a uni assigment ,:-) now i have some hope that i’ll get it looking decent with any boiling artifacts

Glad to hear it. I also use the Wordpress Plugin FLV-Embed to embed video. It simplifies embed code and makes it easy to provide a unified interface for most types of video such as mp4/mov/flv/youtube, and it uses the JW-FLV Player as its flash player.
